NO STRESS WITH BENDING AND CUTTING

All required tubes are pre-bent so that they are as close as possible to the body. The ends are milled accordingly so that everything fits together neatly. A distinction is also made between all body variants.

Installed, this roll cage helps your vehicle to be significantly more secure and also to increase the rigidity of the body.

If you choose the kit, a welding test is required for the manufacturer's certificate. A welding test sample is included in the scope of delivery, which is sent back to us after completion for a load test. It is subjected to a physical test to determine the actual yield point of the weld. This ensures that the roll bars achieve the highest connection standards. Manufacturer certificates are only issued after a successful test.

The reinforcement plates supplied must be welded to the bodywork points where the roll cage is bolted on. It is necessary for the roll cage to be in several parts in order to be able to insert it into the vehicle. FIA connectors are used for assembly.

The cells are manufactured and designed according to FIA Annex-J. The acceptance at the DMSB takes place according to self-construction regulations. The requirements of the self-construction regulation of the DMSB are fulfilled by the production according to FIA Annex-J.

PLEASE NOTE! Car bodies without a sunroof are used for the construction of the cells and cages. This ensures that the cell is as close to the roof skin as possible, giving you maximum protection and headroom. If your vehicle has a sunroof, all you have to do is remove it. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Every AST cage, roll bar and AST cell is made to order. It is therefore a custom-made product that cannot be exchanged. However, this does not apply to technical defects in the product.

We do not guarantee the professional installation in your vehicle. The installation and welding should always be carried out by qualified personnel with the appropriate experience.

The kits always come unpainted.
